These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Krafsys website and engagement of our services. By using this site, you agree to the terms below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging Krafsys for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Services
Krafsys provides software design and development services, including but not limited to websites, mobile applications, desktop applications and related systems, as agreed in individual project contracts.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Krafsys retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
Payments
Payment terms, including deposits and milestones, are set out in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in a pause of work.
Limitation of Liability
Krafsys will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered software, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
